Not everyone will admit that they have had a one night stand due to the stigma that it may create. The reality is if you have ever spent one day with a person and never heard from them again then it is what it was. Some people actually live their lives in this fashion because they avoid the heartbreak of love. They do not have to work to get to know anyone or to allow anyone close to them. It can almost be viewed as a defense to protect from the realities that come with a relationship. However, physical intimacy should be valued as a wonderful interaction and gift between two people who want to share themselves.
But let’s be real! That is not going to be everyone’s viewpoint. So below is an excerpt from my book, The Men We Choose, which describes the man’s perspective on this situation when he is the one who prefers or sometimes indulges in a simple one night affair.
One Night Stand
He loves to change the image in his face
Take a woman to a hotel or some other random place
He doesn’t take her home
Let her meet family and friends
Never even pretends he’ll call again
Doesn’t ask for her number just her name
Sometimes he just asks for brain
Insane!
He loves to deliver that pain
Penetrating her perpetually but never remains
He doesn’t plan on seeing her after that moment
If he runs into her most likely he won’t say, “hey”
Not being rude
But this dude
Doesn’t remember each lover
Each freak
Each woman that lets him feel their pink
He gives them a wink
Ask are you down for a good time
Tells him he doesn’t wine or dine
He just enjoys sexing them real fine
Matter fact he can go for hours or minutes
It all depends on the way she lets him hit it
If she’s a lot of fun the way he likes
Or a boring chick
That he thinks
Is only good if she sucks dick
He’s not a man that a woman can tame
He may never reveal the correct name
For after one night
He will be out of sight
No need for fighting
Or getting excited
He doesn’t crave more
Than one night of satisfaction
Respectful or not
That’s not what he values
He definitely won’t be there to see
How she feels when she awakens
Most likely he will leave as soon as it’s over
Cause he’s over her that quick
He got what he needed
That one quick hit
Fixed upon his manliness
She softened that stiffness
He knows
Not all women are hoes
He knows
Some women deserve better treatment
He knows
Women can make their own decision
He knows
Women are not forced into their intercourse
For of course
They consent to him
And he willingly dives in deep
Without any sense of feeling
Without any need for attachment
He accommodates their needs
Just as they give him pleasure
He doesn’t aim to hurt their feelings
By being how he is
But he doesn’t really care
He just loves to share
And indulge in a variety of ladies
Not for a long term anything
Just some great joint cumming
He just hopes each one understands
He won’t be there the morning after
Like a dream diminishes its images
Upon awakening to a new day
The memory of their moment
Will one day fade away
