Pre – installation Preparation

Building the Walls
With the base done, it’s time to move on to the walls. Start with one corner. Lift a wall panel and attach it to the base frame using bolts. Make sure it’s vertical by using a level. Then, attach the adjacent wall panel to the first one. Keep doing this until all the walls are up.
You’ll also need to install the window and door frames at this stage. Cut the openings in the wall panels according to the size of the frames. Then, fit the frames into the openings and secure them with screws.
Roof Installation
Once the walls are up, it’s time to put on the roof. The roof usually comes in panels. Lift the panels one by one and place them on top of the walls. Connect the panels together using the provided fasteners. Make sure the roof is properly sealed to prevent water from leaking in. You can use sealant around the edges and joints.
Finishing Touches
After the roof is on, it’s time for the finishing touches. Install the interior fittings like shelves, cabinets, and electrical outlets if you’re planning to use the container as a living or working space. You can also paint the interior and exterior of the container to give it a nice look.
Quality Check
Once everything is installed, do a thorough quality check. Check the doors and windows to make sure they open and close smoothly. Check for any leaks in the roof and walls. Make sure all the fasteners are tight. If you find any issues, fix them right away.
