losing weight has always been a goal of mines ever since I had my last child…. I went from the size 8 to 16 overnight, imminently I suffer from short of breath , always tired, Oh and over eating didn’t help…… ALTHOUGH , I have been successful on losing weight in the past, but keeping it off 🙁 not so good.
